Update 0003 is to update PIEE Solicitation Module quote date to match SAM.gov and to direct all potential quoters to SAM.gov for RFI responses and solicitation amendment documents.
Update 0002 is to upload pictures of the auditorium space and a general floorplan diagram.
This requirement is to provide an auditorium Audio-Visual System upgrade in accordance with the Statement of Work, attached and included in the solicitation document.
Please provide your proposed system details, pricing sheet, plans and specifications, in PDF Format.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL solicitations must be solicited via the PIEE solicitation module.
Any quotes received outside of the PIEE Solicitation Module may not be considered.
Guidance, advising offerors on how to register and submit a quote in PIEE is attached.
Lastly, please make note of the solicitation closing date in the PIEE solicitation module, as the system will not allow for late submissions.
Deadline for Questions is 13 July 2026 by 5:00pm EST.
Questions submitted after this date/time, may not be reviewed.
A site visit will be conducted for this requirement to allow offerors to view the auditorium and associated equipment.
The site visit will be held on 8 July 2026 at 1:00pm.
Site Visit address is 76 Constellation Court, Middletown, PA 17057.

Information required is the following: First name, Last name, Middle Initial, Date of Birth, Drivers License Number, Drivers License state, Company, date of arrival and arrival time.
It is highly suggested that all attendees have a REAL ID for the site visit.
