Ammended 24 JUL 26 to add Questions and Answers The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Catholic Music Director services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.

The Catholic Music Director will, in coordination with the Catholic Chaplain or Wing Chaplain, have overall responsibility for the congregational and choir music program for the Catholic Mass.

Expectations are requirements are listed in Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement.

Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 22 JULY 26 at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST).

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 711130.

This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes.

Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award.

Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.

Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
