This notice incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 13 March 2026, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change effective date 10 November 2025, and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Revision 5 effective 12 January 2026 through PROCLTR 2026-03.
