The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4 intends to issue a sole source award in accordance with RFO 12.102(a), under the authority of RFO 12.201?1, Simplified Procedures.

This action will provide the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System with continued maintenance and upgrade support for its Freezerworks Sample Management Software.

These services will be procured exclusively from Dataworks Development, Inc., located at PO Box 172, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043, as the developer and sole provider of the required software solutions.

A Sole Source Justification supporting this action will be posted with the Notice of Award.

Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed?price, open?market order.
