The government requires the full replacement of the rectifier/inverter system located in building 730, room 132.

Power rectification is the process of converting an alternating current (AC) waveform into a direct current (DC) waveform, which is essential for powering electronic devices that require a stable, single-polarity power supply.

This system hosts power feeds from commercial power, generator power and uninterruptable power supplies (batteries) to ensure steady reliable power for the DoW long haul communications.

Site Visit: A formal site visit will be held on Buckley SFB on 31 July 2026 at 1000 Mountain Time.

This site visit will allow prospective offerors the opportunity to inspect the site and assess the conditions relevant to the performance of this requirement.

Attendance of this site visit is highly encouraged for all prospective offerors.

The contractor shall provide the names of all members attending the site visit to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist listed above by Wednesday, 29 July 2026 at 1400 Mountain Time.

Any contractor attending the site visit will need to be sponsored onto the base at the visitors center prior to the site visit starting, and should arrive in time to be sponsored prior to 1000 Mountain Time on 31 July 2026.

Quote submissions are due to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist (listed above) NLT 1100 Mountain Time, Thursday, 6 August 2026.
