The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 Regional Procurement Office West 124 E Hwy 67 Suite 100 Duncanville TX intends to solely negotiate withFUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation, located at 81 Hartwell Avenue, Suite 100, Lexington, MA 02421 for the procurement of Synchronicity POCUS Software Implementation services.

Scope of work The Dallas VA Medical Center Emergency Department requires implementation of the Synchronicity POCUS software to centralize ultrasound image management, enhance documentation accuracy, and support quality assurance.

The software will streamline workflow and improve interoperability with VA clinical systems.

The purpose of this procurement is to obtain, install, configure, and validate Synchronicity POCUS software to ensure seamless integration with VA health information systems while improving efficiency and accuracy in ultrasound-related workflows.

The contractor shall provide all software licenses, HL7 interface configuration, professional services, training, and technical support required to deploy Synchronicity POCUS software within the Emergency Department.

The contractor shall deliver the Synchronicity software, configure HL7 ADT, orders, results, and billing interfaces, establish a test environment, complete workflow validation, provide staff training, documentation, and post-deployment support.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102 (a), Soliciting from a Single Source.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

However, Contractors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting officer whether to continue with the sole source procurement or to provide for competition.
