Solicitation Amendment #1: During the award evaluation phase of the initial proposals the Government determined that no technically acceptable bids were received.
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation window to allow contractors more time to submit or revise their quotations.
The closing date and time for the receipt of quotations is hereby extended.
Original Closing Date: Friday, 24 June 2025, 09:00 AM EST New Closing Date: Tuesday, July 28, 2026, 10:00 AM EST (1000 EST) Quotations must be received by this new deadline to be considered for award.
Instructions to Offerors: All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
If a previous proposal was submitted by the first closing window and no response or revised proposal is received from the bidder on this amendment, the original proposal will be deemed final and binding and evaluated as-is.
It is the sole responsibility of the interested party to monitor the solicitation for all modifications.

52000QR260026942 USCGC RESOLUTE STBD PROP BLADE LEAK This synopsis/ solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.
This requirement is of an unusual and compelling urgency in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
The inspection is necessary to ensure safety and mission readiness.
Delay in award would result in unacceptable risk to government operations.
