This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 (RFO).

The NAICS Code for this action is 541714 - Research and Development in Biotechnology (except Nanobiotechnology).

The primary objective of this requirement is to obtain critical reagents such as procure reference standards and internal standards to perform bioanalytical method development and sample analysis to determine the quantification of CYP enzyme substrates/metabolites and transporter substrates in hepatocyte experiments.
