This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for the procurement of Bulk Resolution Technology (BRT) systems to enhance security screening capabilities at airports nationwide.

This procurement will be conducted as an open-market competitive acquisition under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.

This procurement will be under NAICS 334511 – Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing.

All questions shall be submitted via email to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than 2:00PM, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on August 7, 2026.
