The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four (4) option year (OY) contract for maintenance and repair of the Philips EPIQ CVx Ultrasound system at VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) located at 459 Patterson Road Honolulu, HI 96819.
The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Philips North America, LLC has the proprietary rights to the equipment.
Philips Healthcare Field Service Engineers (FSE) are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment.
The FSEs are also the only individuals authorized to install the proprietary hardware for the equipment.
The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these FSEs.
Any interested parties shall provide a copy of the authorized service provider letter.
The government intends to award the contract on 10/1/2026 to Philips North America, LLC 22100 Bothell Everett HWY Bothell, Washington 98021-8431; SAM UEI: T41NB3MDAPZ6 CAGE CODE: 8HEG5.
The estimated Period of Performance will be 10/01/2026 09/30/2031.
