(San Diego, CA) for a 12-month Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) drone detection, tracking, and forensics coverage subscription at Shepherd Field ANG Base/Eastern WV Regional Airport and the surrounding Martinsburg, WV area.
This procurement will be conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C.
3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Commercial acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 will be used.
3.Sole Source Justification SkySafe is the only known commercial vendor capable of providing a comprehensive, hardware-free unmanned aircraft system (UAS) detection, tracking, and forensics solution that requires zero deployment, maintenance, or upgrade costs for the Government.
