In accordance with RFO 5.101(c), The 194th Wing Contracting Office issues the following Pre Solicitiation notice: 1) Point of Contact: see contact information 2) 100% Small business set-aside 3) See PSC and NAICS listed in the general information.

4)(i) Description - The following requirement is intended to be awarded to Huskies Sports Properties on behalf of University of Washington as a sole-source procurement for fulfillment: Advertisement Mix, Huskies Stadium and Sports Complexes Upper LED Football (1 min per game) – Season Long Upper LED MBB (90 seconds per game) – Season Long Upper LED WBB (90 seconds per game) – Season Long Upper LED Volleyball – Season Long Courtside Volleyball – Season Long Upper LED Gymnastics – Season Long Courtside Gymnastics – Season Long WBB Courtside – Season Long Activation at 1 Volleyball, 1 Gymnastics, 1 WBB game, 1 Football Game (4)(vii) Huskies Sports Properties is the direct and sole source provider for advertisements on the University of Washington campus sports, and all other companies would be an unnecessary third party for the requirement.

As such, the proposed contract action is not being considered for competitive award.
