In accordance with RFO 5.101(c), The 194th Wing Contracting Office issues the following Pre Solicitiation notice: 1) Point of Contact: See contact information 2) 100% Small business set-aside 3) See PSC and NAICS listed in the general information.
4)(i) Description - The following requirement is intended to be awarded to Playfly Sports Properties on behalf of Washington State University as a sole-source procurement for fulfillment: Advertisement Mix, Washington State University Sports Complexes Fall – Football Ribbon Board LED 1, Signage Field Level LED 1, Signage Field Level Banner Wrap 1 - Volleyball Signage Rail Banner 1 – Soccer Signage Scoreboard Signage 1, Soccer Signage Field Banner 1 Winter Men's basketball Signage Basket Stanchion, Courtside, Ribbon Board LED Women's basketball Signage Basket Stanchion, Courtside, Ribbon Board LED Spring Baseball Signage Scoreboard Signage 1, Concourse Banner 1 (4)(vii) Playfly Sports Properties is the direct and sole source provider for advertisements on the Washington State University campus sports, and all other companies would be an unnecessary third party for the requirement.
As such, the proposed contract action is not being considered for competitive award.
