What this contract is for
The U.S. Army intends to sign an In-License Agreement DACA65-9-26-008 with Rest Easy LLC for temporary use of on-post lodging to meet the immediate need to temporarily house Medical Education Training Center students at Joint Base San Antonio/Fort Sam Houston, TX. Rest Easy LLC has previously been determined to be the only responsible source capable of enabling the Army to provide on-post lodging to students engaged in Institutional Training at Joint Base San Antonio (Fort Sam Houston), TX. Other responsible sources capable of providing on-post lodging on the above listed installation may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Army. Comments to this notice must be submitted in writing or via electronic mail and be received by 12:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, August 10, 2026.
