What this contract is for

PRON: AX6F2463AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract, a minimum quantity of 50 each and a maximum quantity of 311 each of the Weight Assy, Bifilar, NSN 1615-01-127-2166, P/N 70107-08404-044, applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter. First Article Test (FAT) is not required. Production Lead Time is 310 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The required delivery of the Weight Assy, Bifilar, is 5 per month. These items are non-commercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Destination. The Weight Assy, Bifilar, is not an aviation Critical Safety Item (CSI) as defined by DFARS 209.270-2. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides is restricted to U.S. small business; therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. RESTRICTED ACCESS: TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE (TDP) / TDPL ACCESS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: The Technical Data Package (TDP) / Technical Data Package List (TDPL) associated with this solicitation is classified as Controlled and is subject to military export controls. To obtain access to the secure TDPL via SAM.gov, interested contractors MUST meet the following prerequisite: Active JCP Certification (DD Form 2345): Contractors must have an active Joint Certification Program (Check) certification.
