What this contract is for

1. This notice is a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, all quotations received prior to the RFQ close date will be considered. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriate funds. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer (CO) for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the CO. The quotes shall remain valid until end of 30 September 2026. 2. Attached is the solicitation (FA527026QA045) with the incorporated provisions and clauses. Furthermore, this requirement will be brand name or equal. Please read the attachement 1 and 2, and fill the blank, when submiting your quote. 3. If you have any questions or inquiries, please email myself or the CO SrA Gavin Campbell no later than 22th July 2026, 4:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST). Please look out for any amendments to the solicitation that may occur due to Q&A resoponeses/clarifications.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
