Quotes are being requested in accordance with the instructions herein and within the attached SF1449.?Solicitation number FA520926Q0067 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Purchasing of Off-Post Appliances, Camp Zama, Japan. The statements required by FAR 12.202(b)(1) are included in the uploaded documents. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary for the Purchase and Delivery of Off-Post Appliances as listed in the Specifications. CRITICAL INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Due to the location and nature of this requirement (Off-Post use in Japan), offerors must strictly adhere to the following conditions to be considered technically acceptable: Note 1: Logistics, Customs, and FOB Destination Delivery This product shall be directly delivered to the final destination in Kanagawa, Japan (via commercial carrier) as strictly FOB Destination. The selected contractor shall be solely responsible for all aspects of logistics, including international shipping, Japanese customs clearance, duties, domestic transportation within Japan, and final delivery site in Camp Zama.
