AMENDMENT 01 TO SOLICITATION FA664826Q0006 Project Title: Environmental Analytical and Regulatory Compliance Services The purpose of this amendment is to announce a scheduled site visit, outline base access requirements, and formally extend the quotation submission deadline. 1. Site Visit Information A site visit has been scheduled for Friday, 31 July 2026, at 10:00 AM (EST) at Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB), FL. While attendance at this site visit is not mandatory for the submission of a quote, all prospective vendors are highly encouraged to attend to gain a comprehensive understanding of the sampling requierments and the physical conditions of the installation. Please note that individual appointments or alternate site visit dates will not be accommodated. 2. Base Access Requirements and Deadline To participate in the site visit, vendors must submit the attached Base Access Request Form to obtain clearance from HARB Security Forces. To facilitate the necessary background vetting, vendors must complete the form in its entirety and return it via email to Viviane Filias at [email protected] no later than Wednesday, 23 July 2026, at 9:00 AM (EST) (which is 14 days from the issuance of this notice dated 09 July 2026).
