The 409th Contracting Command intends to issue a solicitation to provide Kitchen Equipment to include delivery and installation (items below) to USAG Grafenwoehr and Hohenfel training areas.

This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial items procedures IAW FAR part 12.

The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract.

This requirement will utilize Low Priced Technically Acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.

This requirement will be FOB Destination will be Grafenwoehr, Germany.

This notice is issued solely for informational and market research purposes and does not constitute a request for Quote.

The Government is anticipating soliciting this requirement before 15 August 2026.

However, the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to the award.
