The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for receipt of quotes and notify vendors of an upcoming addition to the requirement specifications.

Specifically, this amendment makes the following changes: Extension of Quote Due Date: The deadline for receipt of quotes is hereby extended.

Previous Due Date: Friday, July 24, 2026, 10:00AM EST New Due Date: Friday, July 31, 2026, 10:00AM EST Addition of Specifications (Forthcoming): This extension is granted to allow the Government sufficient time to incorporate additional specifications for a parachute that was not included in the original solicitation document.

An additional amendment providing these specifications will be issued shortly.

Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Subject solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote outlined below.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
