This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Kidde Technologies, Inc. (CAGE Code: 73168) as a result of this solicitation for the following items: SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES Line Item 1 Nomenclature: Detector-Smoke National Stock Number (NSN): 6350-01-483-5653 Part Number (P/N): 72-130002-002 (Manufacturer CAGE Code: 73168) Quantity: 4 Each *At the time of award, the USCG intends to have four (4) repairs completed for the components/items specified in the schedule.

IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-6 the USCG may require additional repairs for up to three (3) components/items for a maximum quantity of seven (7) at the same price as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) after the initial award date. **Please note that if the USCG chooses to exercise any optional quantity modifications, such modifications will be issued unilaterally to the contractor.
