Solicitation number N0040626Q0409 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for one (1) LPAC CPU Module, P/N W155121W for Model: NAXI 100-4 for a DDG Class Vessel.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order that meets the specifications outlined below.

The proposed contract action is for SOLE-SOURCE commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit directly to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Curtiss Wright Electo-Mechanical Corp.

The OEM is the sole distributor for the required supply and the required supply must be compatible in terms of form, fit, and function and no other alternatives will suffice.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes.

Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation without discussions to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation that represents the best value to the Government, price, delivery, technical acceptability, past performance, and other factors considered.
