Title: Small Molecule Compound Library Storage Related Notice: PANDHA-26-P-0000-043362 Place of Performance: Contractor Facility; Cumberland, MD USA The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis IAW RFO FAR 12.102(b) to SPECS CHEMICAL SERVICES, INC, 14900 BURBRIDGE RD SE CUMBERLAND MD 21502-8901 as the only responsible source that can provide Walter Reed Army institute of Research (WRAIR), Experimental Therapeutics (ET) Branch for the provision of services to provide management and secure storage of chemical samples under appropriate environmental conditions, as well as preparation and shipment of requested amounts of these chemical samples to the WRAIR or its collaborators.

The Government’s chemical inventory is currently maintained at a contractor-owned and contractor-controlled facility (Specs Chemical Services, LLC.).

The inventory includes unique chemicals that are actively being processed under a separate disposal contract expected to continue through approximately March 2028 at the contractor facility.
