This is a solicitation for commercial items (supply) prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses in effect are IAW RFO, FAR, DFARS, AFFARS and all other related guidance.

This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335132, “Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing” and a Product Service Code (PSC) 6210.

The 2025 Small Business Size Standard is 200 empoyees.

Offers (Quotes) received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated IAW FAR 52.212-2(a) using the following factor(s) to determine best value: a.

Technical capability of the item/service offered to meet the Government requirement; and b.

Price (evaluation of price shall be the sum of all line items, including options if applicable).

Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than Wednesday, 29 July 2026 @ 2:00 PM CST.

Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov.

Contractors shall submit all quotes by Thursday, 6 August 2026 @ 2:00 PM CST electronically by emailing the Contract Specialist, SrA Nathaniel J.
