This is a combined synopsis/solicitation total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.

This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26226Q1219 The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide therapy chairs equivalent to the PINESTAR Injection/Resting Chair Model 214-210 and a blanket warming cabinet equivalent to the PINESTAR Model PTI-750 to ensure stable, appropriate seating for patients receiving injections or needing supervised rest during inpatient and outpatient procedures.

Both the therapy chair and blanket warmer cabinet are provided for patient comfort during the Nuclear Medicine procedures.
