This is a NOTICE OF INTENT Award a Sole Source Modification for a IDIQ Ceiling Increase.
The Government intends to issue a non-competitive increase to the shared ceiling of the existing suite of ten International Legal Support Services indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts issued under Solicitation No.
77344421R0001, dated April 16, 2021.
Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The modification will increase the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts from $50M to $57.5M to permit additional legal services THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
However, interested parties may identify their capability or address any inquiries by responding to the Contract Officer prior to 5:00 pm ET, 6 Aug 2026, via email to [email protected].
No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided
