Special Notice Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to conduct a sole source award action with Cardinal Health 414.

LLC for the following item: Modification against purchase order 36C25726P0170.

The proposed modification is to increase the quantity in the order: Xofigo® (radium Ra 223 dichloride): Increase Quantity: from 610 to 1,270 The proposed modification will also extend the delivery period to 2/28/2027.

This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals.

A contract will not be awarded based on an offer received in response to this notice.

If no affirmative written response is received within 5 business days from the publication of this notice, the proposed modification request will be forwarded to Cardinal Health 414, LLC without any further notice.
