1 Pre Solicitation Notice San Diego VA Regional Office (377) PACS Preventive Maintenance and Software Support Agreements INTRODUCTION The purpose of this presolicitation is to obtain a Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Software Support Agreements (SSAs) for the installed Physical Access Control System (PACS), Software House C-Cure 9000, and Closed-Circuit TV Surveillance Systems (Genetec, Victor and Video Edge NVR) for the San Diego VA Regional Office (VARO) at the following locations: 8620 Spectrum Center Blvd, San Diego 92123 23207 Sunnymead Blvd, Moreno Valley, CA 92553 *THIS WILL BE A 100% SDVOSB SET ASIDE* SPECIFICATIONS The Government will consider the best value lease as including all equipment and the contractor shall provide the following type of services and schedules: Preventative Maintenance (PM): Provide annual inspection of all security equipment, through semi-annual visits.
Services performed will provide system sustainability, continuity and optimization.
Services will also include testing, inspecting and cleaning of equipment.
The coverage must include critical components but not limited to the following parts: Software House iStar Controllers - Firmware versions verified, and testing of batteries and replacement, as required.
C-CURE 9000 Series P Client Software - Ensure the system has the current versions of software by contacting Software House for updates.
Also ensure all software service agreements are routinely renewed.
Power Supplies - Check and verify fuse ratings.
Record meter reading of voltage output.
Check and replace batteries as required.
Batteries - Installed within power supplies.
Replace batteries between every 24 - 36 months and date code batteries with label.
Providing written notice of batteries replacement.
