NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is seeking capable sources and industry input to provide SMWDC with a full-time Site Security Manager (SSM) in San Diego, California via a SeaPort NxG Task Order.

The Contractor shall provide expert recommendations, oversight, and planning for secure construction projects In-Accordance-With (IAW) Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and Department of Defense (DoD) policies, specifically supporting the Building 3291 renovation that is currently underway.

Capability statements should specifically highlight the vendor's ability to provide personnel with an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, and demonstrate specialized experience in SCIF/SAPF construction, ICD/ICS-705 standards, and providing STC and IEEE 209-2006 testing.

The period of performance shall include a twelve (12) month base period, with an optional six (6) month extension under FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.

This is a new requirement.
