The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential sources capable of performing the effort described herein pursuant to RFO part 10, Market Research and RFO part 19, Small Business Programs.

This is for planning purposes only.

The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited.

INTRODUCTION This is the initial step in the planning process for Sports Officials at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB), Texas.

The 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS) at Dyess AFB seeks sources to provide all personnel, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish qualified sports officiating and scorekeeping services for the 7th Force Support Squadron (7 FSS) intramural and varsity sports programs at Dyess AFB, Texas.

The contractor shall meet the standards in this contract, this includes the planning, coordination, and surveillance of the activities necessary to ensure disciplined work performance and timely resources application to accomplish all tasks under the contract.

7 CONS anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this effort.

The effort is expected to result in a singular award.

The NAICS code is anticipated to be 711219 (Other Spectator Sports) with a Product Service Code (PSC) of G003 (Social - Recreational).

The applicable Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $16.5M.
