The City intends to enter into a Professional Engineering Services Agreement with the selected Respondent under which individual task orders will be authorized through written work orders approved by the City. The scope of services includes project management and comprehensive engineering support for various City of Mount Pleasant transportation improvement initiatives. The selected individual, firm, or group of firms (herein referred to as the "Respondent") will provide planning, design, coordination, and technical expertise for municipal transportation projects. Professional Transportation Engineering Services contract is anticipated to be awarded by the City Council in August 2026, following evaluation and selection of the most highly qualified Respondent and successful contract negotiations.
