Crane Repair Services Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and request for quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 (13 March 2026). The solicitation number for this request for quotations (RFQ) is W91ZLK-26-Q-A010. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The size standard is $13,000,000.00. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price type contract in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This procurement will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable, for the procurement of the following service. All offerors shall provide a price to perform the requirements of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Crane Repair - W91ZLK-26-Q-A010. Price quotes shall include Firm Fixed Pricing for one (1) base period. The expected period of performance will be 1 August 2026 to 1 November 2026 for a total of 3 months.
