Montgomery Parks is soliciting proposals from qualified solar providers to build turn-key installations for three rooftop solar PV projects. At Wheaton Ice Rink (11717 Orebaugh Avenue, Wheaton, MD), a 300 kW-DC solar installation is anticipated. At the Green Farm Maintenance Facility (8301 Turkey Thicket Dr, Montgomery Village, Maryland) a 1.10 mW-DC solar installation is anticipated. At Cabin John Ice Rink, (10610 Westlake Dr. Rockville, MD) a 700 kW-DC solar installation is anticipated. The projects will be awarded individually to the highest ranked, most responsible and responsive Offeror. Offerors may bid on one or multiple projects in this solicitation. Basis of Design 10% drawings have been included for reference and pricing. The selected contractor should expect to confirm and finalize these drawings as required.
