Housing Alliance HTX, officially known as the Houston Housing Authority (hereinafter the "Agency"), is soliciting proposals from qualified and experience temporary staffing firms to provide temporary staffing services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a fixed-rate contract with one or more qualified temporary staffing agencies to provide professional, reliable, and well-screened temporary personnel on an as-needed basis. Through this solicitation, The Agency seeks to build a pool of responsive staffing partners who can help support business continuity, address temporary vacancies, manage workload demands, and provide access to skilled talent in a timely and cost-effective manner. Selected agencies must demonstrate the capacity, experience, and expertise to recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates across a range of functional areas, including, but not limited to, administrative/clerical, finance/accounting, housing services, and information technology roles. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the OpenGov Procurement Portal for any amendments. Late submissions will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted through the OpenGov portal by the stated deadline. Responses to questions and any modifications will be issued via written addendum through the portal.
