The City of Santa Monica’s Department of Transportation (SMDOT) is seeking bidders to perform custodial services at its Big Blue Bus facilitates located at 1660 7 th Street. Custodial services to include maintenance cleaning of all areas contained within the office space in the facilities listed below, except for any areas specified at job-walk. The areas to be serviced include all conference rooms, cubicles, offices, coy rooms, restrooms, kitchens, hallways withing the offices, walkways, storage rooms, file rooms, custodial closets, doors, railings, glass, floors, walls partitions, fixtures, appliances, vending machines, counters, ledges, signs, trash & recyclable containers in offices and administrative parking area, furniture, and all other maintenance required to maintain the contracted areas.
