Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, 8230 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027 will receive sealed bids online for Project Title . Sealed bids are due no later than Response Submission Time , prevailing time, on Response Submission Date , via the OpenGov Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship . The project generally consists of the installation of stormwater management facilities, roadway drainage improvements, curb, storm sewer, inlets, culvert replacement, roadway restoration, and related site improvements. All documents and solicitation details are available online at the OpenGov Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship . All bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup . The responding bidder is solely responsible for all costs related to the preparation and submission of the bid. The results will be posted via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Pre-Proposal Date at Pre-Proposal Time at the Township’s Administrative Building, located at 8230 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027, with a site visit following the meeting.
