Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, 8230 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027 (hereinafter "Township") will receive sealed bids online for La Mott Community Center Renovations project. Sealed bids are due no later than Response Submission Time , prevailing time, on Response Submission Date , via the OpenGov Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship . The project generally consists of renovations and a small addition to an existing one-story community center along with site work. The mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems will be replaced in their entirety. The full project details are available in the bid documents and plans in the Attachments section. Work will be bid as the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 HVAC Construction Contract No. 3 Plumbing Construction Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction All documents and solicitation details are available online at the OpenGov Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship . All bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup . The responding bidder is solely responsible for all costs related to the preparation and submission of the bid. The results will be posted via the OpenGov Procurement Portal.
