PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support in Columbus, Ohio intends to solicit for the following National Stock Number (NSN). The purpose of this contract is to provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. NSN 5920-01-434-8504, Discharger, Electrostatic. This material is being procured in accordance with basic drawing 98747 9513076 & Reference QAP 16236 SQAP014348504. Once the solicitation is available, drawings will be available on Technical Data Management Transformation (TDMT): https://tdmt.dla.mil. The required delivery is 190-day delivery with GFAT waiver or 370 days with GFAT (90 for GFAT delivery, 90 days for GFAT review and 190 days for production and delivery). FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin (Source) are required. The NAICS for this item is 334220 with a business size standard of 1,250. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program for NSN 5920-01-434-8504. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The requirement is a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), and the contract period will be for a one (1) year base period and no option periods. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 1 year. This material is commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR part 12.201-1 in its solicitation for this item.
