NAICS: 541330 Awarded to: Odyssey Space Research, LLC Expiration Date: January 31, 2028 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the above-mentioned source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.2. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT AS TO THE ULTIMATE ACQUISITION APPROACH. However, all responsible sources may submit an exception to the intent to purchase on a sole basis, which shall be considered by the Government if received by the response due date as specified in this notice.
