NASA JSC has a requirement to provide engineering support services (research, analysis, design, development, integration, verification, test, evaluation, and operations support) supporting Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C), system engineering, and rendezvous proximity operations, and capture (RPOC) activities for ongoing support of agency missions. NAICS: 541330 Awarded to: Odyssey Space Research, LLC Expiration Date: January 31, 2028 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the above-mentioned source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.2. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT AS TO THE ULTIMATE ACQUISITION APPROACH. However, all responsible sources may submit an exception to the intent to purchase on a sole basis, which shall be considered by the Government if received by the response due date as specified in this notice. The contract action will increase the ceiling by $50,000,000. The period of performance remains unchanged by this modification.
