The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) Office of Adult Health- Tobacco Control is highly interested in protecting the health of all Mississippians. Empowering youth to take a stand against tobacco/nicotine/vaping will yield the greatest health outcome for Mississippians. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an awardee that is a subject matter expert in reaching youth and young adults and decreasing the prevalence of youth and young adults' tobacco and vaping usage. The selected awardee must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of tobacco prevention, cessation, and youth engagement.
