Perform all work in a substantial and timely, workmanlike manner to the manufacturer’s specification. Request and receive written consent from the owner for any changes or deviations of the plans/specs. SCOPE OF WORK The selected contractor shall: SAND, STRIPE, & REFINISH Sand floor completely down. Use a properly treated dust mop to clean the floor thoroughly. Walk the entire floor to ensure that all foreign matter has been removed before abrading the surface. Remove all dust and debris from the floor. Tack the entire surface until it is thoroughly clean. Restripe the entire gym’s surface as requested by staff. Apply three even coats of oil based MFMA approved finish. Provide ventilation. Provide all new material as specified below. Perform all work in a substantial and timely, workmanlike manner to the manufacturer’s specification. Request and receive written consent from the owner for any changes or deviations of the plans/specs.
