The City of Orlando (City) is soliciting Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide turn-key Bowl Audio System Upgrade to the City for Camping World Stadium (CWS) located at 1 Citrus Bowl Place, Orlando, FL 32805. Introduction - The Request for Proposal represents the minimum requirements to furnish a complete turn-key package as described in this RFP. The City has contracted with consultant Anthony James Partners (AJP) to provide input on this project including but not limited the scope of work, technical requirements, specifications, conceptual drawings, and audio market information. The Contractor will provide the Work described in the RFP Documents on a 'turnkey basis.’ Work contemplated by this RFP includes, unless otherwise indicated, manufacturing, supply, delivery, installation, labor, related services (including design) and testing of all equipment and materials necessary to install and operate the Camping World Stadium Upgrades as described in the RFP Documents, and more particularly in the performance specifications included in the RFP Documents. Proposers responding to this RFP must provide pricing for a complete turn-key installation, including pricing for the provision and installation of all items necessary to provide finished and fully operational systems. Materials, equipment, and related services required for the provision and installation of such a system, not expressly addressed in this RFP, are understood to be the responsibility of the Proposer.
