SPACE REQUIREMENTS Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,836 ABOA SF Minimum Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,028 ABOA SF Maximum Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Not to exceed 4,412 RSF Space Type: General-purpose office and related space TERM REQUIREMENTS Full Term: FIFTEEEN (15) YEARS (180 MONTHS) Firm Term: TEN (10) YEARS (120 MONTHS) Termination Rights: 120-days in whole or in parts after the expiration of the firm lease term Option Term: None PARKING REQUIREMENTS GOV Surface/ Outside Reserved Parking Spaces: FIVE (5) reserved parking spaces for GOVs.
