This solicitation is to obtain services in connection with Environmental QA/QC Consulting Services. The SCA anticipates awarding up to one (1) contract to a firm that is prequalified by the SCA at the time of contract award. To assist you with your request, the following is a brief summary of services that will be required: General Information/Brief Summary: The firm selected under this RFP will provide the SCA with services in connection with all aspects of environmental work in construction, including but not limited to; asbestos, lead, mold and PCBs remediation; due diligence associated with site acquisitions/leases (Phase I and Phase II); potable water testing and evaluation; indoor air quality studies; petroleum storage tank and remediation services; and design services associated with various engineering controls for environmental concerns. Upon receipt of the requested information, your request will be forwarded to the User Department for review and consideration.
