Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (BPVAHCS), intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for comprehensive confined space identification, evaluation, documentation, signage, training, and Confined Space Program development services. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform a comprehensive survey of confined spaces located throughout the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System campus. Services include identifying and evaluating confined spaces; preparing a confined space inventory; developing required reports, CAD/PDF drawings, and an OSHA-compliant Confined Space Program and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); furnishing and installing required confined space signage; and conducting employee training in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Government will award a single Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Products and Commercial Services, using the simplified procedures of FAR 12.201-1.
