Service Location: Boise VA Medical Center 500 Fort Street Boise, ID 83702-4501 The period of performance will be a base plus four option years. Base: 09/29/2026 - 09/30/2027 Option Year 1: 09/29/2027 - 09/30/2028 Option Year 2: 09/29/2028 - 09/30/2029 Option Year 3: 09/29/2029 - 09/30/2030 Option Year 4: 09/29/2030 - 09/30/2031 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ.
